Ortho-K is a specialised contact lens and fitting. It involves wearing a rigid contact lens overnight which gently reshapes the cornea (the front of your eye). This means that during the day, you won’t require your glasses or contact lenses at all!

It is often used to correct myopia and can also slow down how quickly your prescription can deteriorate. Ortho-K can be especially useful for those that are not good candidates for laser surgery, have dry eyes or work in conditions where wearing contact lenses throughout the day could cause problems.
